Rakshasa marriage is the marriage of a maiden involving her forcible abduction from her home after her kinsmen have been slain or wounded much like its practice in Khazakh and Uzbek cultures where it is still practised as a ritual.

Gypsies are believed to have arrived in Europe from northern India in the 1400s. They were called Gypsies because Europeans thought they came from Egypt. The   Attorney   General   is   responsible   for   giving advice to the Government of India upon such legal matters  and  to  perform  such  other  duties  of  legal character as may be referred or assigned to him by the President. The  Attorney  General  has  the  right  of  audience  in all Courts in India as well as the right to participate in the proceedings of the Parliament, though not to vote.

The  Attorney  General  for  India  is  appointed  by  the President   of   India   under   Article   76(1)   of   the Constitution  of  India  and  holds  office  during  the pleasure  of  the  President.  He  must  be  a  person qualified  to  be appointed  as  a  Judge  of  the Supreme Court. So, statement 4 is incorrect.

In India, the Universal Adult Franchise was introduced only in the post-independence period during the first general elections to the Lok Sabha and the State Assemblies.

Under the Cabinet Mission Plan of 1946, elections were held for the first time for the Constituent Assembly.

Constituent Assembly members were elected indirectly by members of the newly elected provincial assemblies, and initially included representatives for those provinces that formed part of Pakistan (some of which are now in Bangladesh).
