Here the given series is 123 112 133 112 143

It follows a pattern that,

123

123 - 11 = 112

112 + 21 = 133

133 - 31 = 102 (not 122)

102 + 41 = 143

Hence, the odd man in the given number sequence is 122 instead of 102.

In the given puzzle, the logic followed is

First digits comes from the number of letters in the word

Second digit is its serial number

Third digit is the addition of first and second digits

=> SUNDAY = 6713

Given number series is 9 17 11 19 13 

Here the pattern is

• 9

• 9 + 8 = 17

• 17 - 6 = 11

• 11 + 8 = 19

• 19 - 6 = 13

• 13 + 8 = 21

• 21 - 6 = 15

• 15 + 8 = 23

48, 54, 63, 81 and 105 are divisible by 3 but not 35.

The given number series follows a pattern that,

Let the two conditioners be A and B

'A' cools at 40min

'B' at 45min

Together = (a x b)/(a + b)

= (45 x 40)/(45 + 40)

= 45 x 40/85

= 21.1764

= 22 min (approx).

Clearly, alternatively we add and subtract 10% of a term to obtain the next term of the series.
Thus, 10000 + (10% of 10000)= 11000;
11000 - (10% of 11000) = 9900;
 9900 + (10% of 9900)  = 10890;
10890 - (10% of 10890) = 9801.
 9801 + (10% of 9801)  = 9801+980 = 10781.
So, missing term = 10890- (10% of 10890)= 9801.

From both statements we cannot conclude the train catched by Harish

Since he missed at 4.15 and train coes at 4.30, 4.45, 5.00,...

But in B given that he didn't catch the train at 4.45 and after that.

So both statements A & B together are not sufficient to answer the question.
