The point or place of origin of an earthquake is called Focus. 

And,

The point where the seismic waves reach the surface is called as Epicenter.

Let the cost price of 1-liter pure milk be Re.1, then 

 6 liters (milk) → C.P = Rs. 62 liters (water) → C.P = Rs. 0→CP = Rs.6 only

8 litre mixture  =>

SP =>  8 x 2 = Rs. 16

Profit % = 16 - 66x100 = 10006 = 166.66%

1 x 1 + 1 x 1 = (1 + 1) = 2

2 x 2 + 2 x 2 = (4 + 4) = 8

8 x 3 + 3 x 3 = (24 + 9) = 33

Given series follows the rule of

1050/2.5 = 420
420/2.5 = 168
168/2.5 = 67.2
so 67.2/2.5 = 26.88

Given Number series is 18     37     76     155     314     635

follows a pattern that, 

18

18 x 2 +1 = 37

37 x 2 +2 = 76

76 x 2 +3 = 155

155 x 2 +4 = 314

314 x 2 +5 = 633 not 635

Hence, the odd man is 635.

Fumble means grope, mishandle, drop, mistake, blunder, bungle.

Finesse means skill, grace, elegance, assurance, diplomacy, discretion.

So, they are opposites.

Similarly,

Malign means slander or criticize.

Extol means being kind or good-natured. A person without finesse often fumbles. A person without extol in his heart often maligns.

Extol means praise or exalt, benevolence

The given number series 9, 19, 21, 43, 45, ... follows a pattern that

ALternately (x 2 + 1) and  (x 1 + 2)

21 x 2 + 1 = 43

43 x 1 + 2 = 45

45 x 2 + 1 = 91

Hence, the next number in the given sequence is 91.

=> b = 1, 2
