Her the given number series is 11, 17, 39, 85, ?

$$\begin{gathered} 11 \\ 11 + 32 - 3 = 17 \\ 17 + (52 - 3) = 39 \\ 39 + (72 - 3) = 85 \\ 85 + (92 - 3) = 163 \end{gathered}$$

Hence, the next number in the given sequence is 163.

Here the given number series follows a pattern of two alternate series.

1. 7 19 31 ...(Difference of 12)

2. 9 18 27 ...(Difference of 9)

Here the odd number is 29 instead of 27

And the next number is 31 + 12 = 43 & 27 + 9 = 36

Counting of odd days :

1600 years have 0 odd day.

100 years have 5 odd days.
