Peacetime Gallantry Awards recognize  courage  or  self-sacrifice away  from  battlefield  and  include Ashok  Chakra,  Kirti  Chakra  and Shaurya   Chakra   which   is   first,second  and  third  respectively  in order of precedence  ;  while  Param Vir   Chakra   and   Vir   Chakra   are Wartime   Gallantry   Awards   and recognizes self-sacrifice at battlefield.   Yudh   Seva   Medal   is military   decorations   for   service during wartime

However, In the exclusive economic zone, all nations, whether coastal or land-locked shall enjoy the freedom of navigation and overflight and of the laying of submarine cables and pipelines, and other internationally lawful uses of the sea. That means fourth right is not exclusive only for the coastal nations.
