The 119th constitutional amendment bill 2013 sought to ratify the land boundary agreement between the two countries. This amendment needed special majority in the parliament to get passed. It follows a pattern that,

999 - 9 = 990

990 + 8 = 998

998 - 7 = 991

991 + 6 = 997

If the Electronic configuration of a molecule has only paired or spin paired electrons, then that molecule is said to be Diamagnetic.
