J.M Keynes’ theory of employment is a demand-deficient theory. This means that Keynes visualised employment from the demand side of the model. His theory is a demand-oriented approach, as opposed to the classical supply side model.

According to him,the volume of employment in a country depends on the level of effective demand of people for goods and services. Thus, unemployment is attributed to the deficiency of effective demand.

The whole of India, south of the Himalayas can be climatically treated as a tropical country as the Himalayas provide the barrier effect. 

Indian subcontinent is separated from the rest of Asia by the lofty Himalayan ranges which block the cold air masses moving southwards from Central Asia.

So Indian climate, to be precise, is Tropical monsoon type (a distinct wet and dry climate) rather than just a tropical or half temperate climate.

There are two types of water hardness: temporary and permanent hardness. Temporary hardness is due to the presence of calcium hydrogen carbonate Ca(HCO3)2(aq) and magnesium hydrogen carbonate Mg(HCO3)2(aq).
