The general properties of acids are as follows :-

1.They are sour to taste.

2.They turn blue litmus paper red but the red litmus paper have no effect of acids and it remains unaffected.

3.They release hydrogen ions H+ in the solution medium, making the conditions acidic.

The Contingency Fund of India was constituted in 1950, by an act of parliament (Article 267). Carbocation stability depends on hyperconjugation. The tertiary carbocation is stabilized by electron releasing inductive effect.
