After dropping  vowels we have the following arrangement:

Hence, D is twelth from the left end of the above arrangement.

Find out the positions of both the letters from the left and divide the sum of the positions of both the letters from the left by 2. Here 13+23=36. Now divide 36 by 2 , i.e 18. Hence R is the required letter.

3 x 1 = 3 

3 x 2 = 6

6 x 4 = 24 

24 x 8 = 192

The next number in the given series is 192.

Let the third number be x.

Then, first number = 120% of x =120x/100 = 6x/5  

Second number =150% of x = 150x/100 = 3x/2

Ratio of first two numbers = 6x/5 : 3x/2 = 12x : 15x = 4 : 5

If the first half of the English alphabet is reversed and the remaining part has been left undisturbed, then it becomes very easy to find out the required letters, if required letters come in the first half. According to the question, 10th to the left of 16th letter from the left = (16 - 10 =) 6th letter from the left in new series.

=>  6th letter from the left in new series = (13 + 1 - 6=) 8th letter from the left in the original series, i.e H.

ten = 3(number of letters)
nine = 4(number of letters)
sixty = 5(number of letters)
ninety = 6(number of letters)
seventy = 7(number of letters)
sixtysix = 8(number of letters)
ninetysix=96(number of letters)
