Q:

What is the difference between SAP memory and ABAP memory?

Answer

sap memory is a global memory whereas abap memory is local memory.

For example, we have four programs in abap memory and assigned some varibles to a particular program in abap memory then those varibles can't be used by anyother program in abap memory i.e., the variables are only for that program and also local to that memory, whereas sap memory can access all the abap memory or else it can perform any kind of modifications.

Q:

Explain how garbage collection manages the reclamation of unused memory?

Answer

The garbage collector assumes that all objects in the managed heap are garbage. It starts walking the roots and builds a graph of all objects reachable from the roots recursively. It stops when it attempts to add an object to the graph that it previously added. The graph contains the set of all objects that are reachable from the application's roots. Any object/s that is not in the graph is not accessible by the application, and is considered garbage. Collection only occurs when the heap is full. In such a case, each and every garbage object calls the Finalize method and reclaims the unused memory

Answer

- Files can be transferred to the server by using the FTP protocol also known as File Transfer Protocol.

- FTP is used as a standard network protocol that transfers the file from one computer to another computer using the TCP protocol network.

- This uploads the pages and other documents that are stored in private disk to the public web hosting server.

- FTP is used on a client server architecture that allows different controls and data connections between the client and the server.

- FTP uses clear-text sign in protocol that allows the client to use the user name and password for authentication purpose.
