Consignment stock is the material which is lying in the premises but is not owned by the company. It has no value assigned to it until it is taken into own stock. Once it is used in production or to be sold, it is taken into own stock.

Deceptive Ad :

Deceptive advertising is also known as “False Advertising”. It is one form of advertising that will equip consumers with false and misleading information.

Unfair Ad :

Unfair advertising is very dangerous to consumers that involve legal binding. 

When there is an occurrence of public policy and consumer rights violation in an advertising message, then it is coined as “Unfair advertising”.

Inventory or stock is the goods and materials that a business holds for the ultimate goal of resale. Inventory management is a discipline primarily about specifying the shape and placement of stocked goods.

The primary function of inventory is to use marketing and production to increase profitability, to get the maximum amount for the business' investment.
