Bad debts expense often refers to the loss that a company experiences because it sold goods or provided services and did not require immediate payment. The loss occurs when the customer does not pay the amount owed. In other words, bad debts expense is related to a company's current asset accounts receivable.

You have already recorded the Rs. 100 in your accounts receivable, and you need to eliminate that amount. As you use double-entry accounting, you must record a Rs. 100 credit to your accounts receivable and a Rs. 100 debit to your allowance for doubtful accounts or your bad debts expense column.

 Ask for time: Unless the negative feedback matters something that is right-on-the-spot fixable, it’s correct to ask for time to consider what your customer has told you. This provides several advantages. It defuses the immediate situation. It tells the other person that you deal with their feedback important sufficient that you want to keep in mind it cautiously and calmly. And it allows you to assume through the accuracy of what you’ve been informed, perhaps checking out its validity with others.

The difference between the table and template is that, table is a dynamic and template is a static.

The reputation of a company controls its profit margins. A bad reputation means fewer customers. If you cannot handle difficult customers, that would be a major obstacle for you in a job where dealing with irritated members of the public will be routine.
